From a procurement notice to the evidence.

Find public procurements, read their documents, and follow selected contracts in your AI client.

Research with a traceable source.

Procurements and companies

Search collected public procurement records by subject, source, delivery country and known company links. Russian source flows, TED publications and configured SAM.gov federal opportunities have separate coverage limits. Request a bounded fresh collection from a supported public source.

Documents and contract suppliers

Read extracted PDF, Word and Excel text in blocks. Inspect collected 44-FZ contract suppliers and build a source-linked analysis from excerpts.

Private watches

Save procurement-index watches or checks for specific 44-FZ contract refusal decisions. Poll for observations. No email or push notifications are sent.

Know the coverage.

Sources include public EIS records, Moscow’s supplier portal and supported public procurement platforms. Use the source catalog to check current capabilities. Some platforms require sign-in, block access or do not expose documents.

The collected index is not a complete or real-time record of the market. Scans may need OCR; partial extraction stays partial. A contract supplier is not necessarily a competitive winner. A refusal decision does not establish a completed legal termination.
